High Style Nursery - On A Budget

It's been awhile since I've done a nursery post. In the past my creations have included beautiful high-end furniture, not really budget friendly. Today I have created a nursery that has less expensive yet still super stylish furniture pieces. You can get creative and choose different colorways for a different sex or to fit your home best...

You can buy the really pretty pendant light from Land of Nod. It's paper mache but looks expensive. In fact, I suggested a friend buy one and she has hung it in her daughters room, it looks awesome.

The crib is a mini crib from Giggle.com - it's affordable and modern. For a full sized, semi affordable crib, check out Serena and Lily or IKEA

The dresser / changing table is vintage. Try finding something used and refinishing or painting it to give it some pop of color. Or, better yet, add some fun gold knobs. Etsy has some fun pieces and so does craigslist and/or ebay. But you can also check out your local thrift store.

Both the rug and chair are from Urban Outfitters. This place is full of inexpensive stylish decor pieces and furniture. They have a ton of rugs {all sorts of colors and patterns}.

That fiddle fig plant is from IKEA. It's awesome if you ask me.

The photo of the bear is not as inexpensive as everything else, but I would just die to have this in my own nursery. This photographer is unbelievable and any of the prints will look great in almost any nursery. To save money, you can frame the prints yourself.

Have fun and you can even do a fun paint color on the walls or decals. Check out these polka dot decals from Land Of Nod
