Cantaloupe for Breakfast

As you might already know, one of my favorite things during the Summer is cantaloupe {remember this post?}. Last year we blended it up with ice and maybe some agave almost every day. It is so sweet but yet not too sweet. Refreshing. Lovely on a hot day. 

It's a great way for my non-fruit loving children to EAT fruit. Using the vitamix is great because you don't have to strain out the pulp. Adding ice makes it more enjoyable as well - like a slushy.
