blueberry kale milkshakes

Milkshakes, as I have talked about in the past, are one of my and my sons' favorite things. Not only are they fast and easy but they are healthy and often full of kale, too. 

My latest one is probably my favorite! SO easy.

The photos above? They show are EXACTLY what goes into the milkshakes. THAT'S IT! Super simple. 


5 scoops tomberlies blueberry ice cream {click for photo}
2-3c almond milk or raw unpateurized cow's/goat milk {click for photo}
2 handfuls chopped kale
2 Tbls agave nectar {optoinal}

Put all into a blender and blend on high speed until totally smooth!!! I also add a few drops of vit d for my boys and sometimes immune support or a multi mineral supplement. 

Feels SO good!
