White Bean & Caramelized Onion Quinoa Pasta

If you are like me, you have a lot of people in your household with different diet needs - no dairy, raw food, smoothies, cooked food, meat, vegetarian, no yeast, no sugar, no onions, etc. - and it's  hard to find a happy medium. 

When I don't have time to fuss or worry, I reach for the quinoa! This time it was quinoa pasta. The pasta itself takes 6 minutes. The beans were from a can {organic, bpa free packaging}. And the ingredients are pantry basic friendly {meaning, you most likely already have them in your kitchen}!
