I decided to share a few things that made me happy this week! Most of this information I found via Pinterest and Facebook. {love this new way of sharing goodness with the world}

MY BUTTERNUT SQUASH AVOCADO KALE SMOOTHIE

2 cups milk {I used oat milk, you can use coconut or almond or whatever you want}
1/2 cup frozen organic pineapple
1/2 cup frozen organic butternut squash
1.5 Tbls raw local honey
1 cup chopped greens {I used kale and parsley}
1/2 of a 1/2 of an avocado

Blend everything in a vitamix or high speed blender until totally smoothe. 

This is a GREAT drink for kids. The reason I say it makes me happy this week is because my son and both my nieces couldn't get enough! Fruits and veggies and healthy fats all blended up into an amazing drink!
