Meet Julia Samersova & Make Her Daily Salad

My name is Julia Samersova, I am mamma to my beautiful Violet, age 2.5 and daughter to my gorgeous mother, 63 years young! 

We live & love & laugh in Brooklyn, NY. 

I am a casting director and founder of cast inc.  I have been in the fashion industry for almost 20 years! 

In 2009, after having my daughter, I launched Planet Awesome Kid.

I am a lifelong vegetarian. After a 2 year battle with my thyroid, I decided to take my health into my own hands and recently lost 40 pounds after going vegan, and 90% RAW.

I attribute my new body and mind and spirit to my new way of life, that includes lots of raw fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds, seaweed, juicing, colonics and acupuncture and lots of exercise! 

I am finally off the disgusting synthetic hormone medication that made me tired, fat and depressed!

I EAT THIS SALAD LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR LUNCH (I KNOW IM A CREATURE OF HABIT) 
THIS MAKES ENOUGH FOR ONE PERSON 

1 NICE RIPE AVOCADO (NOT TOO SOFT, NOT TOO HARD) CHOPPED 
HANDFUL OF CHERRY OR GRAPE TOMATOES, CUT IN HALF 
1 CUCUMBER, CHOPPED 
1 HANDFUL OF DULSE OR NORI {nori is less ocean tasting}, CHOPPED UP
2 TBSP OF RAW SUNFLOWER SEEDS
I TBSP OF VIRGIN ORGANIC COCONUT OIL 
JUICE OF ONE YUMMY RIPE LIME 
1 CARROT CHOPPED 
1 TBSP OF GOJI BERRIES 
SEA SALT TO TASTE 
MIX IT UP GOOD! 

EAT ALONE OR WITH TOASTED BREAD................MAJOR!!!!!
