"Cheese" Crumbles {raw & vegan}

Cheese Recipe {Adapted From RAW FOOD real world}
makes about 6 cups

4c raw macademia nuts
1c raw cashew nuts
2 lemons, juice
3 Tbls nutritional yeast
1/4 - 1/2 large white, yellow or red onion 
sea salt, to taste

In a food processor grind up all the above in ingredients until still chunky but fairly wet. Spread it out in large dollups onto a dehydrator tray. Dehydrate overnight or until very crunchy. 

Use on salads or in sandwiches or as a snack. My kids LOVE it by itself, with kale chips or with popcorn {random}. 

Here are a few pics of a last minute sandwich I threw together. It's made with vegan mayonnaise, raw vegan garlic sauce, the cheese crumbles, sun dried tomatoes, butter lettuce and sprouted bread. It was amazing, but then again, I love sandwiches. ;)
