Yum. Warm grains for breakfast can be really hearty and make anybody smile. People have asked me what to eat for breakfast, besides eggs and avocado, on the candida diet. Grains are controversial but we eat them here at our house. 

Here's how to make it taste good and still be good for your health. Added bonus: it's very quick and easy to make. It will fill you up all morning and most children enjoy it as well.
