Main Ingredients:

Heirloom Tomatoes

Basil
Avocado
Mushroom - small shitake (raw or cooked, if raw, soak in olive oil and nama shoyu for 10 minutes)

Topping:
Nut Cheese: (Macadamia nuts Green onion
Lemon
Nutritional Yeast
Sea Salt

Slice heirloom tomatoes into thick rounds. Slice Avocado into long pieces as well. Layer them together with basil like a sandwich. 

Top with "toppings".
