Whenever I decide to come up with new Kookie Karma flavors or flavors for food at home, I always seem to hit it right on the nose with my first ingredient combo. Anything after that is just OK.
While driving home from my office on Tuesday I had a vision - coconut, lime, pistachos and goji berries. I thought to myself YUM!
I got to work as soon as I walked in the door. I added some sweetness and some sprouted buckwheat groats and VWALA!!! So tasty and crunchy and fresh. Just as I had imagined.
The next day, after 12 hours in the dehydrator, I put homemade almond milk on top and had it for breakfast. What a treat.
